Welcome to our poetry showcase! Following are poems written by my 2008-2009 class. The first poem is an introduction of sorts by me, and goes with the picture here. This is my oldest son, who will be joining the Marines next July. Some of the following poems were inspired by published authors' work, so you may recognize the format. We hope you enjoy our collection!
